The weather was beautiful today and I decided to spend a few minutes easing back into training after two weeks off. I continued 70 minutes and practiced 18 different exercises, but it wasn’t a hard session. One of my favorites among the 18 was the double kettlebell clean and press. I completed 2 sets of 5 with 16 kg (35-pound) bells. Here are two videos that offer good illustrations of the move.
