I had 40 minutes to warmup and workout today. Here’s what I did with my time.

Warmup:
20 face-the-wall squats
4 halos
20 shoulder stretches
2 spine stretches
25 kettlebell assisted Good Mornings (18-pound kb)

Workout:
60 Clean & Press – 26-pound kb
20 Snatches – 26-pound kb
10 Pullups
10 Pushups
5 Deadlifts-15 swings – 26-pound kb
10 Deadlifts-30 swings – 35-pound kb
10-Deadlifts-35 swings – 54-pound kb
5 Deadlifts-15 swings – 70-pound kb
20 Goblet squats – 35-pound kb

This would have been a good workout if I had remembered to include 5 to 7 minutes of Turkish getups. I have just gotten the rhythm of clean and presses and snatches. I enjoyed them so much, I forgot about getups temporarily.
